Register for KLT 2017 today!

In an effort to make our conference as accessible as possible, New Voices is offering sliding scale registration fees this year. The regular registration rate for #KLT2017 is $250 and tickets are available for as low as $40 and as high as $1,000. We encourage you to select the ticket price that works best for your individual or organizational budget. All ticket sales will help to offset the costs of the conference. 

Scholarships

New Voices currently has a $5,000 fund reserved for scholarships to attend our 8th Kinks, Locks & Twists: Environmental and Reproductive Justice Conference.

You can request a scholarship by filling out the KLT 2017 Scholarship Application Form. Scholarships are based on economic need and can be used towards costs associated with attending the conference such as travel or hotel. If you receive a scholarship you still need to register in order to attend the conference, choosing the sliding scale rate that they are able to pay. If you can’t afford to pay any of the registration rates out of pocket, we encourage you to fundraise from family, friends and community members.

New Voices will approve scholarships on a rolling basis until all funds are exhausted. You should hear back within 1-2 business weeks of submitting your scholarship application.
